Our company consists of three branches in north and central Florida. The first of which is Boney & Johnson Appraisers in Jacksonville. This particular office has been in operation since 1990 and has grown to a staff of sixteen appraisers.  In 1993, Boney & Carr Appraisers opened in Orlando and now has a staff of nine appraisers. The newest addition to our company is Boney, Carr, Johnson, & Davis Appraisers in Daytona which opened 2001.

Each office has experienced professionals and is equipped with the latest technology to serve all of your appraisal needs. Each appraiser utilizes software that serves as a better alternative to more traditional appraisal ordering and delivery methods. Our technology allows us to write the appraisal report, make precise sketches, and create other necessary attachments and addendum. A key feature of our software is EDI, which enables us to forward the appraisal electronically. As technology changes, we are dedicated to seeking better ways to serve our customers.
